Back Home

We dropped off our daughter at college this week.

She's back home.

She's right where she's supposed to be. Eager to learn. Excited to spend time with her other family and friends.

And we miss her . . . back home.

Walking by her "empty" room.

Missing her smile, laughter, and wit.

We know it's all part of her journey - and ours.

We take comfort in knowing we will see her again soon. And technology makes staying in contact (too?) easy.
